Writing update

People are doing end of year writing summaries, and I have to laugh because mine would be all of one story long!  I've started a second one, though, and hope to have a first draft done on the 1st.  I haven't been doing as much writing at work lately, and I think that's allowing me to write fic again - like the muse only has so much to give, and if I use it up at work, that's it.  Honestly, fic is much more satisfying!

This next one is threesome fic, Jack/Nine/Rose.  About 2/3 angst and 1/3 sex.  I'd have to look back through my stories, but I don't think I've written a threesome before, so that's fun.  And it's been years since I wrote het - it's kind of nice!  Who knew?

I'm glad you liked Starting Over. The new one isn't quite up to the same standard, but I'm just having so much fun with the new fandom! (and my crush on John Barrowman)

Oh yeah, I'm in heavy ongoing crush mode with John Barrowman. I recently showed some folks at work the YouTube clips of him snogging the actresses and various other clips (from Central Park West, where he is shirtless but acts badly), and they joined the Barrowman fan club.

I've made some converts too, though I've promised myself to stop forcing You Tube clips on innocent bystanders. *g* The snogging one is particularly effective - I especially love the last girl who is so amazed. "I just snogged John Barrowman!" The vid of him doing Have You Met Miss Jones with the girls is great too. Move over Sinatra!
